Rainham Villlage Public Realm Masterplan

East has just been appointed to this project. The scope of works involvers a masterplan for the village public realm as well as detailed design for implementation of several spaces within the village.

Farringdon Urban Design Study

East has also just been appointed to this exciting project. The study will provide a strategy which will help guide how the boroughs of Camden, Islington and the City of London steer urban change in Farringdon and respond to the changes being imposed on the area.

The vision for the area will focus on the public realm, take account of the transport changes with new Crossrail and Thameslink stations and development pressure and responds with a plan sensitive to the historic form and local character.

Morelands Children’s Centre

Morelands Children’s Centre and Kings Square Pre-School extension are now completed. They are the first phase of a more comprehensive masterplan for Moreland Primary School. East are about to receive a bonus for the final contract sum of both buildings coming in under budget.

Bermondsey Antiques market

Recently completed, this square hosts the antique market on Friday mornings and provides a generous public space for use by the newly built mixed use development. The bespoke furniture of the square is enjoying user appropriation.
