Englefield Road refurbishment and extension
Addition of kitchen, dining area and bedroom to Victorian terraced house.
Detailed conversations with the Conservation Officer for De Beauvoir Town Conservation Area allowed us to propose an extension that maximises the building envelope within party wall defined constraints, clad in a skin of painted Eternit.
The new dining area is tied into the existing lounge via a fireplace and a long furniture element for storage.
