Royal Arsenal development
Based on principles developed in our Royal Arsenal Masterplan, we developed guidelines for typologies for the Royal Arsenal site: height, roofscape, public/semi-public/private space, parking, entrances and circulation, mix and envelope were considered and described for courtyard buildings, wall buildings, towers and patio houses.
New typologies were explored to enable a mix of residents in terms of age, cultural background and ownership. This project was carried out in collaboration with Sergison Bates Architects.
