Cross River Park
We are advising on and improving proposals for the design of the new landscape and spaces associated with the proposed Thames Gateway Bridge and developing baseline information such as detailed mapping of the ownerships, path networks, spaces, uses, and new development.
One key aim is to support the establishment of a new ‘Cross River Park’ which brings together the north and south sides of the river as part of a new public space. The other; intertwining aim, is to ensure that when the bridge comes it brings forward restorative benefits to the area such as increased local amenities, better linkage, and improved places to live and use.
