Eagle Brewery Wharf
Improvements to a historic but underused riverside wharf space in Kingston will become one of the Mayors 100 spaces, and a key part of the RBK Kingston K+20 Area Action Plan, as well as part of the Thames Riverside Strategy.
Early consultation was carried out to test opportunities for increasing the public potential in terms of event based activities as well as everyday access and a place to sit and eat while looking at the sublime river space. Live bands, children playing, and an eagle handler shared the same space simultaneously proving that much more can happen here than people thought.
The works are to be completed next year.
