Energy Centre under construction(7/19/2019)-The energy centre designed by East for Barratt London is on site. The existing chimney that formed part of the old Kodak paper factory will be retained and incorporated into the new building. The project is planned for competition later this year.
Bream Street building is under construction(7/15/2019)-East’s 15 unit affordable rent building for L & Q at Bream Street, Hackney Wick is on site. The public realm associated with this and the rest of the new development will follow later this year.
No Public Realm.(3/11/2019)-East’s intervention in the RIB gallery in Charlois, South Rotterdam, is under construction. The fabric of Rotterdam’s street spaces is being brought into the gallery as a public realm. The work forms part of a year long art programme; De Fluyt En De Hoi, curated by Paul Elliman.

NLA Awards 2018 – Scrubs Lane Shortlisted(6/11/2018)-East’s framework proposals for Scrubs Lane, carried out for the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC), have been shortlisted in the NLA Awards. The development framework was prepared to help guide early regeneration projects and shape policy objectives within the OPDC revised draft Local Plan. Planning permission granted for Hertford Road(3/12/2018)-East have designed proposals for a ten unit residential project on Hertford Road in Enfield. The urban form of the main building reasserts a strong street frontage along this main road and accommodates a mixture of maisonettes and flats. A shared courtyard to the rear is overlooked by a smaller building containing two family units.

Newham Stepped Housing Block nearly complete(7/13/2015)-A housing development designed by East for Major Housing Association, which was shortlisted for the 2014 Housing Design Awards, is nearing completion. The 44 unit project, delivered by the Housing Association, includes generous communal terraces, and community use at the ground floor.
