Central Winchester Regeneration Scheme

East are delighted to be working alongside Henley Halebrown in leading the Central Winchester Regeneration scheme for Jigsaw by Partnerships & Places.
East, with masterplan lead HHBR, will input on the masterplan, architecture, public realm and landscape and lead a wider design team including Peter Barber Architects Ltd, Turner.Works, Expedition Engineering Ltd, Useful Projects and Momentum Transport Consultancy to advance proposals. The project will see a diverse mix of uses, including independent food and retail spaces, flexible workspaces, creative hubs, sustainable homes, and vibrant public space.
