We are recruiting in response to a range of new and expanding projects in housing and public realm.
We are seeking a part 2 assistant with around 2 years work experience and a part 3 architect with a minimum of 5 years experience.

Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Candidates should have the following:
— experience in housing and an interest in the public realm, and the flexibility to work in both areas.
— excellent communication, conceptual, drawing, graphic and design skills.
— a passionate and wide-ranging knowledge of architecture.
— attention to detail and the creativity and persistence to find solutions that build on strategies and ideas specific to each place.
— understanding of different procurement routes
— a good understanding of UK Building Regulations and an interest in working within the constraints of the wider framework of guidance and regulations.
— some experience in all RIBA work stages
— proficiency in Vectorworks, Adobe suite, Rhino and Sketchup.
— experience of working in Revit and BIM.
These skills should ideally be evidenced within your CV/portfolio.
In addition, candidates must have:
— two years minimum post RIBA Part 2 experience in the UK.
— fluency in both written and spoken English.
— proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
Experienced Part 3 architect
Candidates should have the following
— Experience managing projects in the UK as lead architect working directly with clients and other consultants.
— Experience working on projects at RIBA Stage 4 and 5 and writing specifications.
— Proficiency and experience working on housing projects in Revit.
— We also use Vectorworks, Adobe suite, Sketchup and Rhino.
— Understand the principal designer (BR) role and responsibilities
— Up to date knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations
— Experience in housing and an interest in the public realm, and the interest to work in both areas.
— Interest in working as part of a small team, and ability to lead teams
— Understanding of procurement routes such as design and build and PCSAs
— Passionate and wide-ranging knowledge of architecture
These skills should be evidenced within your CV/portfolio.
In addition, candidates must have
— three years minimum post-RIBA Part 3 experience in the UK
— fluency in both written and spoken English
— proof of eligibility to work in the UK
