Barbican Tree Talks

Julian will present East’s work under the heading ‘Rates of Interest’ at the next Tree Talk in the Barbican on 15 May 2023. Titled Money Trees the event will compare practices and policies in different European countries and discuss limits of growth.

Imagining The Present

The essay ‘Imagining The Present’ by Julian Lewis is included as part of the new Routledge publication ’The Everyday In Visual Culture’, edited by François Penz and Janina Schupp. The piece describes an approach to designing in cities and includes examples of East’s work to illustrate the approach.
