NLA and World Architecture Festival Awards Win

The redevelopment of the site at 330 Grays Inn Road has won the New London Awards 2022 in the Mixed Use category. East’s role in the team led by AHMM for the client Groveworld is to design the public realm and landscape using materials recycled from the orginal development. A public courtyard will provide a place to sit and meet next to a small fountain, low level planting, a specimen Walnut tree and a mirror to enrich experience of a space that newly links two streets. 330 Grays Inn Road also won the World Architecture Festival (WAF) Award for the “Commercial Mixed-Use” category. The judges praised the designs for their “elegant” and “future proof” design.
