Housing Design Awards double win

East won two awards at the Housing Design Awards 2023 event. Both Bream Street housing and public realm and Custom House Kickstart sites were selected as winners. Bream Street was delivered alongside AHMM who led the larger development, and Custom House was developed alongside Adam Khan, who led the masterplan for Newham Council. Bream Street was completed last year and Custom House Phase 2 is now underway, which includes two buildings on the high street by East, 150 homes in total, and a 1,700m2 NHS Health Hub, local shops, coworking space and a local supermarket.
