Meanwhile space at Finchley Road

East have completed a meanwhile space at the entrance to the 02 Centre. Designed in conjunction with a large group of local young people managed by social enterprise 2-3 degrees, and for developer Landsec, the design is led by ideas of nature, play and access to the future stages of a large redevelopment at this site. Plants and mirrors invite playful interaction aimed at stimulating the imagination for what can happen next. East’s role with Landsec also includes the design of a large new linear park and public realm connecting Finchley High Road to West Hampstead.
